The Best Brothers

The Best Brothers by Daniel MacIvor
January 15-24, 2016
Open Eye Figure Theatre

When Kyle and Hamilton Best’s mother dies in a bizarre accident at a gay pride parade, the brothers have to find a way to work together to make the final arrangements. As each struggles to understand the other, the brothers begin to see more deeply into themselves and the unconventional woman who gave them life. The Best Brothers is a bittersweet comedy that explores the many ways in which we grieve, and the love we find in unexpected places.
